Shake Shack (Hong Kong) Limited, a subsidiary of Maxim’s Caterers Limited, is an authorized licensee of operating the [Shake Shack Restaurant] in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) of the People’s Republic of China. “We”, “us”, “our” and “ours” refer collectively to Shake Shack (Hong Kong) Limited, Maxim’s Caterers Limited, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates.
